Kingz Canada orders ship domestically from our Canadian fulfillment centre in Brampton, Ontario. Prices and shipping rates for Canadian orders are shown in CAD, and Canadian orders ship within Canada with no customs or duties.

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post or Loomis Express, depending on destination, package size, and service availability. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day when possible. All orders ship no later than the next business day. Because Canadian orders ship domestically from Brampton, ON, no customs fees apply.

Free Shipping in Canada
Free Standard Shipping: Canadian retail orders of $120 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. The free-shipping option is applied at checkout when the order meets the eligible threshold.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
If a package is rejected, undeliverable, or returned to our Brampton fulfillment centre, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact info@kingz.com immediately with your order number.
Returns from Canada
Canadian customers can start a return through the Returns Information page or by contacting info@kingz.com. Return shipments should be sent with tracking. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by the Kingz support team. Returns are processed after the item is received and inspected at the applicable fulfillment location.
